Jamieson selects only the fruit of the bilberry shrub, a plant that grows wild in the woods of northern Europe. Harvesting of the fruit occurs only during the late summer month. This formula is standardized to contain 25% anthocyansoides, which are the active ingredients in bilberry fruit.
