Jini Says: People find psyllium seed useful for relieving diarrhea as it bulks up the stool by absorbing the excess liquid, thus reducing the frequency and urgency of bowel movements – especially helpful for Short Bowel Syndrome. Others prefer L-Glutamine. Try both and see which one you prefer.
