It is used to protect the skin from everyday irritations like cold weather, winds, dust etc. It is also used to prevent and heal diaper rash. It also protects the skin from cuts, minor burns. Aquaphor ointment should be applied only on the affected area. Eye contact with this medicine should be avoided. This medication is only for external use.
